Former Utah State women’s basketball standout Cheyenne Stubbs has signed her first professional contract, joining the Sheffield Hatters of Super League Basketball in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England.
The 22-year-old guard from Bradenton, Florida began her collegiate career at Canisius in Buffalo, New York, where she played for two years before joining Utah State for her junior and senior seasons (2023-2025).
Stubbs quickly made her mark in Logan, finishing fourth all-time at USU in scoring average with 16.3 points per game. She also ranks fourth all-time in 3-pointers (115), sixth in 3-point attempts (338), and 10th in free throw percentage (75.7), accomplishing all of that in just two seasons with the team.
Over her Utah State career, Stubbs played in 56 games and started in 53 of them, leading the Aggies in scoring both seasons.
Now, the sharpshooter heads overseas to begin her professional career in England.
